Looking through their Eyes is a photo project where children are asked to use photography to show what they like and don’t like about living in their community. These photos were taken by children in Shada, Cap-Haitien, Haiti. Shada is one of the poorest slums in the world. Their lives, however, could not be richer. The beautiful music was composed and performed by by the 2007 Digicel Stars winner Rosemond Jolissaint, a 17 year old Haitian musician who is collaborating with SOIL to bring to light children’s issues in Haiti.
